Viscose/Fluff Bedding

Viscose Fibres: What is viscose bedding? Our Nonwoven viscose fibres are made from a natural cellulose, these fibres have been thoroughly tested. They have been established to be pure and both non allergenic and non-toxic. Totally Chlorine free and biodegradable it is also able to absorb up to 18g of water per 1g of fibre. This product would normally be used for the production of hospital nonwovens such as surgical and medical fabrics and for hygiene products. The viscose we use is strictly controlled and the length and width of fibre we offer produces the best possible “fluff” bedding on the market.  With a staple length of 30mm and a thickness of 2.8dtec we have found after years of product development to be the best combination for a warm, soft bedding, producing 675 000+ units for the UK market per year.

Currently we supply this bedding in four colours White (being the most popular by far), Yellow, Pink and Blue. We are able to source other colours or quote on a specific colour supplied to us by you, the only thing that limits coloured viscose in the quantity needed to remain cost effective.  Below are some of the products we are currently producing, size, colour and mixes of colours are all down to the customers choice.
